The domaine Saint Antonin is a 26 hectares family domain located in the South of France in Cabrerolles in the appellation area of Faugères (Hérault).

Frédéric Albaret created the domain in 1994 and has a 13 hectares vineyard. His wife Fabienne joined him in 2001. The couple and the staff of the Domaine Saint Antonin are rigourous workers, they do the harvest manually and the vinifications are done as naturally as possible to preserve the terroir. Here, an important place is given to the environment respect, that is why the domain is run in organic farming.
