Former chaiman of the wine-growers’ cooperative of Roquebrun, he created Le Mas de la Plain’itude for pleasure.

This winemaker passionated about old grape varieties, produces atypical wines like the Ribeyrenc, that gives light-bodied and low-in-alcohol wines. Other varieties, like the Picpoul noir or the Morastel, are produced again and brings something new to the area of Saint-Chinian.
