The Domaine Khalkhal Pamies is located in Vialanove, a nice hamlet in the appellation area of Minervois.
David Pamies and his wife Danielle worked hard to restore abandoned plots. They run their domain in organic farming without chemical treatments against the wood diseases. No chemical weeding and the phytosanitaire treatments are only made of contact products (sulphur and a bit of copper). Mainly the syrah and the grenache are cultivated there. Carignan and cinsault are also cultivated.
