The wines of the Domaine Girard  – Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Las Salvios

The Domaine Girard is located in the Aude, in the Malepère appellation area, in the small village of Alaigne. Jean François and Philipe Girard are leading this 30 ha domain in integrated farming.

This vineyard is passed on from generation to generation. The Domaine Girard benefits from a mediterranean microclimate and the oceanic influence.  A manual harvest is done to preserve the fruit and its aromas. It allows the grape varieties Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir to fully express themself .
