The wines of La Maison Romane: Marsannay Longeroies – Les Perrières – La Justice
The small trade business « La Maison Romane » was created in 2005 by Oronce De Beler, who then left the capital to study viticulture in Beaune.
The vineyards La Maison Romane is working with are run in integrated farming. They bannished all chemical treatments, in the respect of the soil and the terroir. Most of them are working with a biodynamic method. The ploughing are done by Oronce himself and his workhorse, Prosper. The cuvees benefits from an attentive vinification, each of the cuvee is vinified and aged differently depending on the Cru.
